Schuit Homes Inc.'s 2007 Rotary Dream Home has been announced winner of the Most Outstanding Single Attached Home for 2008.

This award was announced at the CHBA conference in Whistler, B.C. in April 2008.
This award adds to the 19 Schuit awards and 35 nominations already received from CHBA, OHBA and HHHBA (Hamilton Halton Home Builders Association.
The 2007 Rotary 'Dream Home is a fabulous condominium. This luxury home has been designed and built especially for the Rotary Clubs of Brantford by Schuit Homes Inc.. Set in a community of European style architecture this beautiful home boasts a total square footage of 2,250 square feet on the main and upper levels with an additional lower levels square footage of approximately 1,000 sq. feet.
One of the most outstanding features of this amazing home is a (luxury 4 stop elevator which can be accessed all levels. Many of the extra features shown in the home were donated in part either by service or product by many local businesses and trades that are associated with Schuit Homes.
The dream home is quite typical of the architectural design and quality found in all Schuit homes and we are proud to have been selected to offer this year's home in support of Rotary and our community.
