Schuit Homes Inc.'s 2007 Rotary Dream Home has been nominated for the Most Outstanding Single Attached Home for 2008.

This award will be announced at the CHBA conference in Whistler, B.C. in April 2008.

This award adds to the 19 Schuit awards and 35 nominations already received from CHBA, OHBA and HHHBA (Hamilton Halton Home Builders Association.

The 2007 Rotary 'Dream Home is a fabulous condominium. This luxury home has been designed and built especially for the Rotary Clubs of Brantford by Schuit Homes Inc.. Set in a community of European style architecture this beautiful home boasts a total square footage of 2,250 square feet on the main and upper levels with an additional lower levels square footage of approximately 1,000 sq. feet.
